The Jacksonville Jaguars won big in the 2025 NFL Draft.
New GM James Gladstone didn’t hesitate to be overly aggressive and pull the trigger to trade up to get Travis Hunter.
And while giving up a future first-round pick is always a big price to pay, Hunter looked like the generational talent who could’ve been worth the risk.
More than that, he’s not just a unique athlete.
He’s also a great person.
Notably, that was shown again in a post shared by Jordan Schultz on X.
Apparently, the No. 2 pick had a wholesome encounter with a fan on a plane.
Unbeknownst to her, she was sitting next to a young millionaire.
She later shared the story of how humble, respectful, and helpful he was to her.
Humble, genuine, kind: Travis Hunter is as special off the field as he is on it. Check this out. 👇👇

To say that NFL players don’t have the best reputation would be a huge understatement.
They often come out as brash or arrogant, especially young players who have just been paid.
That’s not Hunter.
He knows he’s poised for a big payday and even bigger stardom, but that hasn’t changed who he is and his core values.
The Jaguars needed a playmaking wide receiver and a shutdown corner, which is why they didn’t lose any sleep paying so much to get a player who might be just what they need to address both issues.
But if his tape, measurements, and projections weren’t impressive enough, getting to know him as a person may have convinced the team that he was the right guy to pick.
