Tyreek Hill‘s eventful offseason continued with his latest social media post.
The Miami Dolphins star recently had a second procedure on his wrist, an injury that first occurred during joint practices with the Washington Commanders before the 2024 season began.
Hill revealed the development through an Instagram post that caught the attention of fans.
“Tyreek Hill announced on his Instagram that he underwent another surgery on his wrist today,” FinsXtra wrote on X.

This follow-up surgery served a specific purpose rather than addressing a new injury.
The procedure removed screws that were inserted during his earlier surgery to repair ligament damage.
While the news of a second surgery might surprise some NFL followers, the Dolphins’ organization anticipated this all along.
Head coach Mike McDaniel had outlined that this two-stage approach was the intended treatment plan.
Hill will focus on conditioning rather than catching passes throughout the offseason as he recovers.
When the initial injury occurred, season-ending surgery was suggested.
But Hill opted to continue playing before addressing the issue.
That choice noticeably had an effect on his performance.
He finished with 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns, his lowest full-season numbers since entering the NFL in 2016 with the Kansas City Chiefs.
It also represented the first time since 2019 he failed to reach 1,000 receiving yards and his first season without a Pro Bowl selection.
Dolphins fans now await his return to full strength as the 2025 season approaches.
